Return & Exchange

We’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note there are a couple of rules. We offer a refund, for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items purchased at full price with the gift box and/or pouch within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept exchanges.

The amount of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund if the gift box and/or pouch is missing.

We aim to process all orders within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days, due to this busy time of year.
